Relationships aren't going to be easy. It's an long but interesting journey.
To kick things off what is a relationship? A relationship is the state of being connected. Being able to have a connection with someone is crucial. Without connection there's a chance of bad communication. If there's bad communication the chemistry is off. Two people without chemistry mean they're not compatible. So to maintain a strong relationship communication is key. What does a relationship consist of? According to (ny.gov) respect, privacy/space, expressed feelings, being safe physically/sexually and compromising is important. The "foundation" of a "healthy" relationship is boundaries, communication, trust and consent. If your partner can show these characteristics keep them.

The young and the tested

At one point if time in ya'll life you've been the youngest. Maybe you're the baby of the family. Sometimes it can be fun being the baby. It's also a flip side to this as well. There will be bumps and bruises in the journey of childhood. That's what makes being the youngest child interesting.
As the youngest child you're the center of attention. Everybody been through this phase before. When you were a baby people found you irresistible. They asked your guardian "what's his/her name?". Then everyone wanted to hold you. Everyone started making funny faces and weird noises. The final blow is the "baby talking" trying to make you laugh. A lot of folks couldn't get enough of the younging.
Second thing about younger siblings is that they're considered "spoiled". It sounds like a little bit of jealousy from the elder siblings. The baby doesn't only get all of the attention. Younger children also get anything they want too. They also get more freedom than everybody else.
One important benefit of young siblings is they learn fast. That includes learning form your older siblings mistakes. For example, your older sibling getting in trouble and mom/daddy disciplines them. Nine times out of ten the youngest sees that and keeps that moment in mind. Sometimes younger siblings hear the parent fussing and mind their business. For the most part the youngest child learn fast. That's a huge advantage of having siblings. You can learn from their actions through observation. The older siblings could tell life lessons as well. Meaning, baby bro or sis can listen to different stories. Finally, the young can learn from older experiences.
Being the youngest child can be a blessing. It could also be a curse as well. When there's good it's some bad that comes with it. One disadvantage is being compared to the older siblings. We've all heard the phrase "Oh, you're so and so little brother/sister?!!" Usually when people say that you're in trouble. Then people will try to compare you to others. This leads to a major disadvantage as the youngest child.
The biggest downfall is never being taken seriously. Whether it's your actions or opinions they're drowned out. Then getting patronized and ignored is the worst part of it. This is the most annoying and frustrating feeling. It's like no one values anything you do. Most importantly, not being heard hurts at a young age. That could impact how they speak up in the future. It's never wise to underestimate the young.
Life as the youngest sibling isn't always easy. At least you have older siblings that loves you hard. Hope you enjoyed this article and like the blog!!!

The Mysterious Condition of Cleaves Hall

Their were some major issues that needed to be fixed. The condition of Cleaves Hall was
a "progress in motion" according to local residents. During the first semester a lot of student
residents had complaints. The RA's had to write up the complaint(s) and turn them in. When
the RA's finish filing the complaint(s) they take them to the housing office. Then the filed
complaint(s) goes to Ms.Richie. After that Ms.Richie tries to get each complaint handled. She
sends handymen to the dorm in need of fixing. Finally, the handymen comes to the dorm/room
and works on the issue. This is a long process and it takes patience.
Some of the current residents had some complaints they wanted to share. According to student
(#1), " My room was extremely cold!!! The heat was never working and I've complained numerous times. How are we supposed to live comfortably when it's always freezing? It feels like it's 20 degrees in there!"
Another student (#2) said "There was mold everywhere in this building. The ceiling was falling apart in the showers. In the dorm rooms their was a lot of wall paint chippings. Then to top it off
one of the restroom stall doors was missing! I should be able to have privacy in the restrooms."
One of the RA's (Javonte Mahone) said "He called a dorm meeting and told them that dorm rooms will be renovated. Meaning there will be new air conditioners, painting the walls, and everything." It seem's as though Cleaves Hall is making progress in getting new renovations. New year, new look is Cleaves 2020 resolution.
Coming into 2020 Cleaves made some changes to the dorm rooms. Here are some of the changes the students has seen. Student # 1 said, " I've noticed that the AC unit have new controls. Now I can adjust the temperature when needed.Especially, when it's cold at night."
Student # 2 also had some good comments about Cleaves. This student said, " They liked that the walls were repainted. I'm also pleased with the fact the ceiling being fixed. Most importantly the restrooms have been remodeled. I just appreciate that Cleaves Hall looks more organized and clean."
Cleaves Hall has shown progress in the dormitory with new air units, cleaner rooms, and no mold.

Biography
My name is Johnathan Adams, a Junior at Lane College from Little Rock, Arkansas. I was born 08/08/1999. Also, I am the youngest of my mothers 5 children. This blog will consist of many different topics. The topics that will be discussed are sports, fashion, relationships, and college life.;I will also be discussing my life experiences. In which, will lead to how I am the person I am today.
I went to Charles Bussy for pre-k and kindergarten. Then I went to Caver Magnet Elementary School. Those were some interesting years to say the least. I was a "character" according to some people. Even as a 20 year old they still consider me as a "big personality ". People say I have a bigger than life personality because of may reasons. As a Leo I am carefree, free spirited, goofy, mischievous, witty, old-school, etc. When I was around 5 or 6 I used to mess with my big sisters a lot. For the love of God me and my sister Jaleesa couldn't leave each-other alone. One example, is that one of us always have to have the last word. I remember one time when we was at home and I guess we got into it. We were cussing and flipping each other off and I got the last word. My mother caught us and told us to stop it. We stopped then my mother turned her head and I flipped my sister off again. I was bad as a little boy.
After that I went to Cloverdale Middle School. That was my worst school experience ever. I was 4'9 4'10 , chubby, slow, and wasn't good at making friends. I wasn't used to being around such childish people. My siblings are at least 10 plus years older than me. So I was bound to have trouble communicating and relating with them. On the first day someone tried to call me a baby and didn't think I belong at the school. On the third day of school someone was trying to pick a fight with me. Then later on that week somebody stole my lunch. I hated my middle school experience. That was the longest three years of my life. I never want to relive those moments ever again.
Then I went to Little Rock Central High school. I can honestly say that was an adventure I'll never forget. On my first day it was going very well. Then it got even better when I met this beautiful girl in my math class. Her name is Taylor Walker. She was sitting in the front of the class. I was sitting like in the middle of the class. So I wanted to sit next to her but without it being obvious. Then I asked my teacher Ms. Pruss "May I move up I can't see?" Ms. Pruss said "Yes you can move up to the seat next to Taylor." I sat next to her but I was still "shy" to speak to her. I was a little bashful and nervous because that was my first crush ever. I had everything planned out in my head. If I couldn't go out with her I had a backup plan. My back up plan was to ask her to prom. I was a hopeless romantic in a sense.
My Senior year came around and it was that time of the season. It was prom proposal time and I didn't know what to do. So I asked my current friend Bryson Laster for some advice. He was okay with doing his in front of everybody. I wasn't comfortable with that so he told to go up to her. Then ask her out to prom when she's by herself. So I wanted to ask her out to prom on Valentines Day. I went to the cafeteria with the bear and candy to surprise her. So I made sure I hid it under the table and waited for her. Taylor came in and sat right in front of me. I waited till she turned her head and quietly put the gift on the table. I said "Happy Valentines Day." Then she started blushing and smiling really hard. After that I asked her out to prom and she blushed even harder. My heart started beating faster by the minute. Taylor said " I would like to go with you but I already have a date." Everything in my world just stopped and went black and white. That rejection was the worst feeling in my life. That moment made me never want to express my feelings again.
Me personally I like to dress up and look presentable. I've always been that way because you'll never know who you will meet. I'm always up to dressing to impress at anytime. That's why i like wearing ties, shirts, and other name branded items. I also like wearing cologne as well for a nice touch. I hope ya'll like my blogs and can be entertaining!!!!!
